On or about January 9, 2023, cranes were being operated with pendant controls that were not kept clean and/or not labeled with legible function buttons. Examples include: a. Trolley 1 - Hoisting machinery A Budgit 500 kg (1100lbs) s/n - AM2483WZ model- BAHC5045 AM2483WZ, BUDGIT, BAHC5045 - The rope pulls were not labeled for up/down motion. b. Trolley 2 - Hoisting machinery D- Budgit 500 kg (1100 lbs) s/n- AH2475WZ model- BAHC5045 AH2475WZ, BUDGIT, BAHC5045 - The rope pulls were not labeled for up/down motion. c.
