29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) On or about 01/04/2023, on a worksite located at the intersection of SW 107th Avenue and 162nd Terrace in Miami, Florida, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when working in close proximity to energized 7,620-volt overhead power lines and the employer had not performed an inspection of the site and equipment to ensure employees did not approach those lines.
