Plant 9, 118 River Road, Leeds MA: On December 22, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards of unguarded power transmission gears when they operated the Spiel Inline Notebook Punching and Binding machine that had its manufacturer-provided panel guards removed.
