29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical a) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Maintenance Area): On or about November 29, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees who use hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Stampede heavy-duty floor finish (55-gallon drum) were not provided the safety data sheet (SDS) for the chemical placed in their work area.
