29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: At the worksite located at 6050 Manchester Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to serious shock, burn and or electrocution injuries in that the electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more was not enclosed to protect from accidental contact in cultivation room 2 due to the door to the cabinet being left open.
