29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a)Associated Milk Producers, Inc. at 127 Commercial Avenue in Hoven, SD 57450: On or about and at times prior to October 19, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from caught-in and nip-point hazards in that the chain and sprocket near the discharge end of the vertical auger on the cheese auger was not fully enclosed exposing employees to caught-in and nip-point hazards created by movement.
