29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: (a) 901 Market Street Wilmington, DE -On or about October 3, 2022 it was determined that the employer did not ensure training was provided to their sub-contracted employees working the newly renovated property, to understand the principle associated with the use of the fire extinguishers if and when there is an incipient stage fire that needs to be extinguished.
