29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) On or about September 15, 2022, at the facility, where employees performing servicing and maintenance tasks such as, but not limited to, cleaning the inside of the G-2 saw did not know when to de-energize equipment or the procedures to lockout energy sources.
