29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were working on energized circuits and that qualified persons were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools: (a) On or about 09/07/2022, 6125 University Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806, NE Section inside the building, employees working on a live 3 phase 480-volt circuit supplying a HVAC were exposed to electrocution hazards because the employer did not ensure such persons were capable of working safely on energized circuits and were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools.
