29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: (a) 2100 South Fwy Rd, Pueblo, CO 81004 (EVRAZ): On or about July 22, 2022, employees were exposed to struck by and pinch point hazards in the Rail Mill's saw shop. The employer failed to ensure that the gap between the DSD 250 (bench grinder) grinding wheel and the tongue guard was no more than one-fourth inch.
