29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(i): Selection of appropriate respirators was not based on the respiratory hazard(s) to which the worker was exposed and user factors that affect respirator performance and reliability: a. In the service shop, at the RV maintenance area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program that addressed the selection of proper respirators for chemicals used while employees were required to wear respirators to spray chemicals inside and outside of RV trailers.
