29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. On or about June 14, 2022 at location 450 W. 33rd Ave. Oshkosh, WI; employees working on FLOW 1 and FLOW 2 machines were exposed to potential hazards associated with unexpected machine energizations when a periodic inspection of the employer's energy control procedures had not been completed, to include physical application of the procedures, at least annually to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were being followed.
