29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Baker Industrial Fabrication, LLC, 5660 Iris Pkwy, Frederick, CO 80504: On or about 5/24/2022, the employer utilized flexible cords as permanent power, running from a 110 generator, for the purpose of powering a hand held mag drill. This exposed workers to electrical hazards.
