29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: On or about 5/13/2022, at the directional valve of the mechanically separated meat (MSM) discharge tube. Employees performed servicing and maintenance activities without first deenergizing the unit. PECO Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1285472, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4114 U.S. Highway 67 South, Pocahontas, Arkansas 72455.
