29 CFR 1910.410(c)(2):The designated person-in-charge did not have experience and training in the conduct of the assigned diving operation (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1076): On or about April 4, 2022, and at times prior to, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), employees were exposed to a drowning hazard when the employer assigned a designated person-in-charge (DNIC) who did not have the experience and training to supervise the underwater dredging operations.
