29 CFR 1926.350(a)(11): Cylinders were not stored in definitely assigned storage places where the cylinders would not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: a) 901 N. Market St., Wilmington, DE 19801 (ground floor lobby): On or about March 31, 2022, the employer did not ensure that UN 1978 "Propane" flammable gas cylinders were stored in assigned locations to protect them from being knocked over, struck or damaged by passing or falling objects such as, but not limited to building materials handled during construction activities at the worksite.
