29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator was fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece was used, and at least annually thereafter: a) On or about 03/30/2022; in the Painting Area, employees who were required, by the employer, to wear half mask respirators while spray painting parts in spray booth were not fit-tested prior to the initial use of the respirator and at least annually thereafter.
