29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (a) 2650 Richmond Highway, Stafford, VA 22554: On or about 3/17/22, and times prior thereto, employees had access and exposure to cleaning and sanitizing chemicals in the storage and custodial closets, which the employer had failed to maintain a copy of the safety data sheets for.
