29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(H): The employer had not evaluated employees knowledge and/or understanding of the powered industrial truck capacity and/or capability: On or about April 21, 2022, employees working at the North Circle of the Cleaning Department in Building 56 of the Wire Mill were exposed to struck-by hazards because because employees operating the Hyster forklift had not received an evaluation regarding the weight capacity of the front end attachment used to transport coils of steel wire.
