29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 147 Quigley Blvd New Castle, DE: On or about January 28, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that lockout procedures were properly utilized during the servicing and maintenance activities performed by trained and authorized mechanics on the Bundle Sorter, the Digital Barcode Sorter, the Automated Flat and the Hamper Dumpers number 10 and 11.
