29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vi)(B):A three foot minimum clearance was not maintained for headroom of working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panel boards, or motor control centers. Employees engaged in automobile repair activities do not have readily access to the switchboard in the compressor room. Objects have to be removed in order to access to it. There is not a three foot clearance.
