29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: Maintenance Shop: Employees used chemicals Rapid Set Cement All, Arctic Ice Machine Cleaner concentrate, Lock Lubricant & De-icer, Oatey PVC Cement, WD40, Gorilla Glue Adhesive during maintenance operations. The employer did not provide, when requested, a copy of safety data sheets for products used during assigned work. The employees were exposed to eye burns, blindness, dermal burns, and severe skin damage.
