29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) On or about January 3, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees pouring polymer concrete products in the continuous casting machine (CCM) #1 area were exposed to chemical and material hazards in that the employer did not assess the process to find what personal protective equipment is needed.
