Failure to include safety and health precautions in operating procedures can expose employees to fire and toxic hazards. b) In the Machinery Room, on or about December 22, 2021 - The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that included safety and health precautions necessary to prevent exposure during the tasks of Manual Start-Up Procedures for the compressor and Manual Shut down procedures for the compressor, Compressor Operating Procedures and Deviation Recovery, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment.
