29 CFR 1910.244(a)(1)(ii): Rated load(s) of portable jack(s) were not legibly and permanently marked in a prominent location on the jack(s) by casting, stamping, or other suitable means. On or about, November 30, 2021, employees were using an OTC 12-Ton Bottle Jack in which the markings and rated capacity were illegible and scratched off, exposing the employees to the hazard of being caught under a mobile home during installation.
