29 CFR 1910.36(e)(1): A side-hinged door was not used to connect rooms to an exit route: (a) Covered railroad access area: On or about December 15, 2021, the employer did not ensure that a doorway, on the exit route located where the covered railroad access area enters into the shipping area, was provided with a side hinged door. It had an overhead roll-up door.
