29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) Service shop; on or about December 2, 2021, employees engaged in vehicle maintenance were exposed to eye injuries and skin burns from being in direct contact with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to coolants and gasoline, where the employer did not maintain safety data sheets.
