29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(iv): Employees exposed to the danger of head injury from electric shock or burns due to contact with exposed energized parts did not wear nonconductive head protection: a. On or about 11/11/2021, employees were replacing/ working below energized/ uninsulated pole mounted light fixtures/ parking lot lights and the related wiring, during which the employees did not use/ did not wear electrically insulated protective helmets; therefore exposing the employees to an electrocution hazard.
