29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about November 9, 2021, and at times prior thereto, throughout the facility, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were maintained and inspected annually, when employees were working in or around the fabrication and coating areas, exposing employees to fire hazards.
