29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) On or about 10/06/2021 throughout establishment; where employees perform servicing and maintenance on machines and equipment, the employer did not review the energy control program and procedures, at least annually. Deficiencies which could have been identified included: lack of specific procedures for machines and equipment with multiple energy sources, lack of periodic evaluation of employees performing servicing and /or maintenance covered under the standard and lack of individual locks for employees performing servicing and/or maintenance. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
