29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: At this establishment, in the electrical room, employees were working on the high voltage electric room without using any lock out and/or tag out procedures that address the electrical safety hazards. These conditions exposed employees to Arc Flash, burns and electrocutions.
