29 CFR 1926.62(g)(2)(i): The employer did not provide the protective clothing required in 29 CFR 1926.62(g)(1) in a clean and dry condition at least weekly: (a) On or about July 15, 2021 and many times prior to July 15, 2021, employees were exposed to the recognized hazard of lead during the performance of their job duties, including cutting and torch burning (with oxygen/ propane gases) of rivet heads, cross members and upper laterals with lead containing paint at Nisqually River Bridge 25.3. The employer did not provide employees with clean protective clothing weekly. Such exposures are likely to lead to the development of serious illnesses such as, but not limited to high blood pressure, declines in mental functioning, pain, numbness or tingling of the extremities, muscular weakness, headache, abdominal pain, memory loss, mood disorders, reproductive organ harm.
