29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Alpha Industrial Waste Services Corporation located at 745 North 3rd Street, Cambridge, OH 43725: On and preceding August 31, 2021, the employer did not ensure that disconnecting means were legibly marked to indicate its purpose in an electrical cabinet located in the northeast corner of the waste processing facility, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
