29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On or about September 9, 2021, and at times prior, the employer, The Club at Centennial, LLC d/b/a Aspen Flying Club, LLC, did not ensure surfaces of the workplace were kept free from Lead in a manner that was as low as practicable. Based upon Lead wipe sampling data of various surfaces, employees were potentially overexposed to lead due to a poorly implemented housekeeping program. Lead wipe samples ranged from 3.8 to 158 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters on surfaces including the inside right blast cabinet glove of the glovebox; tool box handle; #2 screwdriver; employee's hands, bathroom door handle; flammable cabinet handle; and an employee's right shoe sole.
