29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii) : Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: a) Brilliant Building & Design LLC worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ Unstable objects such as stacks of plywood were used to support the scaffold used by workers during framing activities exposing them to fall hazards of 14 ft. to the ground below. Violation observed on or about 07/15/2021.
