29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) On or about July 12, 2021 - 108 Von Braun Drive, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the inspection items were based on a wire guided forklift rather than the propane forklift in use. No checks for the propane tank such as, but not limited to, tank clamp being secure and tank not leaking and backup alarms were not checked.
