29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: a) Bird Department - On or about July 02, 2021, the employer exposed employees to health hazards of corrosive chemicals, in that the employer failed to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach (corrosive), was labeled with product identifier and general information in regards to health hazards of the chemicals.
