29 CFR 1910.1000(e):Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): a) On or about May 26, 2021, an employee cleaning out the dome enclosures was exposed to respirable dust of 57.5mg/m3 for an 8-hour day, which is 11.5 times the permissible exposure limit of 5mg/m3. Sampling was conducted for a period of 389 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 91 minutes. b) On or about May 26, 2021, an employee cleaning out the dome enclosures was exposed to respirable dust of 35.39mg/m3for an 8-hour day, which is 7.2 times the permissible exposure limit of 5mg/m3. Sampling was conducted for a period of 419 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 61 minutes.
