29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) JBS Foods, Inc., at 823 N. 6th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631: On or before March 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily available to employees during each work shift when they were in their work areas. Safety data sheets in the workplace were not readily accessible to employees at the Hide Plant. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
