29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) At or near 425 11th Ave., Paterson NJ - Exterior of Building - Front - Dumpster: Employees that were working on a scaffold had not been trained in scaffold safety, including but not limited to: nature of fall hazards, procedures in dealing with electrical hazards, proper use of scaffold, load carrying capacities of scaffold, and any other pertinent requirement of the standard , on or about 03/05/21.
