29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area. Employees used chemicals, including but not limited to Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner, Zep Glass Cleaner, Zep DZ-7 Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner, and Round Up herbicide, at the office building of the complex. SDSs for chemicals stored or used at the office building were not accessible in the office building. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
