29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about January 13, 2021, energy control procedures were not developed, documented or utilized while employees in the paper machine hole were cleaning scraps of paper from the lube shower nozzles. Employees were exposed to making contact with the moving parts of the Paper Machine.
