29 CFR 1926.452(c)(4): End frames of tubular welded frame scaffolding were not locked together vertically by use of pins or equivalent means in areas where uplift could occur: At this commercial construction work site, employees were working on a scaffold and installing building materials. The employer did not ensure that end frames of the scaffolds were locked together by use of pins or other safe means. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
