29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Forestar Industries located at a worksite at 2221 North Belcrest, Springfield, MO 65806: Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 13, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator before requiring the use. The employer required employees to wear respirators while performing their job duties.
