1910.269(m)(2)(i): If a system operator is in charge of the lines or equipment and their means of disconnection, the employer did not designate one employee in the crew to be in charge of the clearance and did not comply with all of the requirements of paragraph (m)(3) of this section in the order specified: (a) On or about December 19, 2020, an employee working and inspecting electrical equipment was exposed to an electrical hazard when the requirements of paragraph (m)(3) of this section were not met.
