29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C):Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about December 8, 2020 and at times prior and subsequent thereto, in the Eco Services Houston manufacturing facility, workers were exposed to electric shock hazards when flexible cords were used that were run through doorways without protection against being damaged.
