29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about 11/25/2020, employees required to wear (Binks) tight-fitting half-face respirators with Millennium 3000 cartridges when spray painting cabinets with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Amarium Conversion Lacquer were exposed to potential health hazards, in that medical evaluations to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator were not provided.
