29 CFR 1915.152(a):The employer did not provide or ensure each affected employee with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the eyes, face, head, extremities, torso, and respiratory system, including protective clothing, protective barriers, personal fall protection equipment, and life saving equipment, meeting the applicable provisions of Subpart I, wherever employees were exposed to work activity hazards that required the use of PPE. On or about November 29, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards while cleaning the hold of a vessel without wearing personal fall protection equipment.
