29 CFR 1910.102(a): The employer did not ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders complied with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009 ("Acetylene"), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: (a) Shop area; An acetylene cylinder was not stored in accordance with section 5.2 of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009, in that the acetylene cylinder was not protected from heavy moving objects that may strike or fall against it during storage.
