29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6)(i): Employee(s) were allowed to ride on scaffolds when the surface on which the scaffold was moved was not within 3 degrees of level, and/or not free of pits, holes, and obstructions: a) Inside the water tank: On October 5, 2020, employees rode a five-tier Betco fabricated frame scaffold where the tank floor had an approximately twelve degree slope at the perimeter, three approximately 9-inch deep by 24-inch diameter holes, and obstructions including plywood boards.
